Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST
Saturdays: 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. CST
Sundays: Closed

All orders are processed and either ready for pick up or will be shipped within 10-12 business days (During Peak Season processing times may increase). We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. All orders are picked up at our store unless you select to ship your order during the checkout process. Items can be picked up at our store Monday-Saturday. Please call us at (214) 222-4600 if you have any concerns.

All orders are returned to stock after 90 days if items are not picked up.

All sales are final on closeout items as well as custom items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for final sale, closeout items, or custom items.

We do not accept returns, but do accept exchanges for different sizes of the same products within 7 days of purchase. Must have original receipt to process exchange.

We do not stack discounts.
